I'm Shavonne, Founder/Creator of Inspire Organics and an Wholistic Health Coach!

My journey into becoming an Wholistic Health Coach started with my background in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. After college I continued my studies in Functional Medicine, Personal & Group Training, Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Womb Care, Spiritual Science and other Naturopathic Healing modalities.

My goal is to give women the power and freedom of true wellness through lifestyle choices, preventative measures and holistic modalities. I coach women in and outside of the gym. As a Wholistic Health Coach, Fitness Trainer, Herbalist, Women's Wellness Practioner, Product Producer, and Business Owner I give women the tools they need to transform their body from the inside out.

The story behind Inspire Organics...

"Just like you, I strive day after day to improve my body and quality of life through hard work, proper nutrition and nature friendly substances. I love sharing and expressing what I've learned through creating.

Years ago when I decided to make health a responsibility it didn't just begin with exercise and diet, it was full circle! I took on the responsibility to now look at all things that contributed to imbalance and dis-ease - a genuine act of self-love. By committing more to loving self I aligned with solutions and ways of being that did not contradict that lifestyle.

So studying the skin as the largest breathing organ, understanding the role of the skin and that over 60% of what we put onto our skin goes directly into our bloodstream influenced a lot. I began to not only see but acknowldege the correlation. This meant that our skin and body care/personal care products are a contributor to our discomforts.

We use skincare product daily, and the potential for toxins to permeate our skin is high because of our exposure to the chemicals companies use to preserve product for mass production and affordabilty. And even while researching and studying commercial products that claimed to be "all natural", the discovery was that they were not!

So I go fed up and starting creating for myself.

As an Wholistic Health Coach and Herbalist, naturally I began studying, formulating and creating on my own. Not to mention my desire to bring plant medicine to the forefront to introduce more natural ways of healing. I was creating for awhile until the time called to share with others...by request. One product eventually evolved into a growing Herbal Skin & Body Care Line - my Holistic Apothecary!

We often talk about change, but never act. My life, my lifestyle and what I create as work is literally an intentional expression of the things I have passion to change. It;s an expressio of I AM. It;s one thing to speak of the revolution, but when you become revolutionary it shines a much more effective light.

We are responsible for looking at how we participate in things that don't contribute to solving our problems. Consider the companies and businesses that get to sell us more of their products when we are not fully loving ourselves. Being the change we wish to see is paramount to our evolution as a whole."
